Why Positivity is not Happiness / How to be Positive

We are more motivated to take action when we feel good or happy, but it doesn’t mean we are taking the suitable action toward a goal; it’s because feeling is not equal to a positive mindset. Preparation

Download and print out the JPEG images, cut them out, and you have all seven reminder cards.

These cards are designed to give you an idea of how positivity is.

Step 1

All seven cards have two sides; one half represents Positivity, and the other represents Negativity. Both positivity and negativity reflect how you perceive your surroundings and yourself.

Step 2

The negativity within reflects how you perceive your surroundings and yourself. In these seven cards, is any negativity speaking for you?

Step 3

A positive mindset is about recognizing your negativity and facing it harmoniously.

Positivity is not the absence of negativity.

It is our expectation and intention, even in tough times.

Step 4

A positive mindset allows you to turn your negative thoughts around, much like turning a card over to the other side.

In this process, you are Positivity.

Last

These cards, as a small sample tool, aim to visually give you an idea of what positivity is and to understand that positivity and negativity are two complementary forces, like yin and yang. Negativity is not the villain on your self-development path, because you can always turn your thoughts to a positive direction.
